• Assist in collecting details and creating your wedding day timeline

• Provide a customized checklist of last-minute details to be coordinated

• Assist in venue layout, guest flow and seating chart

• Create Master vendor and contact list

• Arrive at ceremony and reception sites prior to start time

• Greet all vendors upon arrival of event and communicate any final instructions

• Ensure wedding day timeline is followed for seamless flow of event logistics

• Greet, direct, and instruct guests
